Relatively inertial delays
نویسنده
چکیده
The delays are the mathematical models of the delay circuits. Delay theory is the mathematical theory that considers the fundamental circuit in digital electronics be the delay circuit and modeling is made by using delays and Boolean functions. The most detailed level of modeling is considered, starting from the delays that occur in gates and wires. Relative inertia is the property of the states of having their speed of variation limited by the persistency of the input and the relatively inertial delays are these delays the states of which are relatively inertial. Even if the concept has close connections with the published literature, it has a severe shortcoming: the serial connection of two relatively inertial delays is not always a relatively inertial delay. Some major properties of these delays are presented as well as the relation with absolute inertia and with zenoness.

Inertial and slow manifolds for delay equations with small delays
Yu. A. Ryabov and R. D. Driver proved that delay equations with small delays have Lipschitz inertial manifolds. We prove that these manifolds are smooth. In addition, we show that expansion in the small delay can be used to obtain the dynamical system on the inertial manifold. This justifies “post-Newtonian” approximation for delay equations.
متن کاملCell-devs Models with Transport and Inertial Delays
Transport and Inertial Delays are two basic constructions usually employed in the circuit design domain. Transport Delays reflect the straightforward propagation of signals over lines of infinite bandwidth. Inertial Delays, instead, allow to define preemptive semantics in the models. These constructions also can be used to model other physical phenomena that can be described as cell spaces (i.e...
متن کاملExponential stability of periodic solutions for inertial Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with time delays
Abstract: The paper is concerned with the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solutions for inertial Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with time delays. With variable transformation the system is transformed to first order differential equations. Some new sufficient conditions ensuring the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solutions for the system ...
متن کاملMultisensor robot navigation system
Almost all robot navigation systems work indoors. Outdoor robot navigation systems offer the potential for new application areas. The biggest single obstacle to building effective robot navigation systems is the lack of accurate wide-area sensors for trackers that report the locations and orientations of objects in an environment. Active (sensoremitter) tracking technologies require powered-dev...

Slowly rotating collapsing spherical shells have flat spaces inside and the inertial frames there rotate at ω s (t) relative to infinity. As first shown by Lindblom & Brill the inertial axes within the shell rotate rigidly without time delays from one point to another. Although the rotation rate of the inertial axes is changing the axes are inertial so, relative to them, there is neither an ˙ ω...
